Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gabby account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
